VP report- Nov. presentation Folded Beam Antennas

Tech Committee:

-nØhzn currently has the club generator

-repeaters are functioning normally

Public Service:

-done for the season

-Next event is the Frozen Goose run in Feb. 2010

ARES:

-Sunday Night  Net 

-New SEC

-need reports from the nets including check in number

-SET Rushford set up two digital stations.

-Look into which weekends in later October could work.

EOC/Medcomm:

-Lesson from Airport Drill …Keep it simple and expand out as needed.

-Steve wØstv will do a write-up and submit it to the RARC website.

Old Business:

-Still looking for May minutes

-Nominating Committee

RCTC and WSU Students are given honorary membership, moved, seconded and approved

-Education Committee proposal coordinate all education activities.

-Check into check out rate of current Ham Radio books at the Library

-440 rptr power is weak.

                Discuss repair vs. replacement with the possibilities of expansion (D-STAR) 70cm

                Discuss with kcØfow about future presentation about D-STAR
