VP Report: Tonight EOC and Skywarn presentation

Tech Committee: 440 is nonfunctional, .625 is in working order, .82 KCØUCN looking for bids on shelving and assemble the cabinet.

Public Service: NAMI Walk May 15^th,    SOS Run May 21^st, Tour de Cure May 22^nd Med City Marathon May 30^th.

ARES/Medcomm/EOC: Emergency Services Desktop Drill organized by the Homeland Security Emergency Management was attended by ABØBW recently.

Education Committee: CW meeting every other Wednesday SH109. Next meeting April 14^th at 7:00. Discussion using 10 meters for on air practice.

Old Business:

Field Day Proposal: 3A 150w CW,SSB, Digital, GOTA, VHF, Listening Station/ 2A Battery 2 stations and also VHF. All stations will have a tower except GOTA. Plus additional wire antennas as needed.

Proposal for extra stuff: KCØP half rhombic, n8mhd suggested a receive antenna.

New Business:

May meeting KØMD proposes to have the presentation first to allow elementary kids to attend the program. Motion moved and seconded, approval for the presentation first, business meeting second.

KCØUCN proposed for $250 for .82 upgrades. Moved and approved.

Discussion of donated ham radio equipment. Contact Peter N8MHD for more information. Technical committee will need a list of equipment and serial numbers.
