VP Report: Programs Terry WØVB presentation, next month talking about field day

Tech Committee: Still working on ’82 cabinet

-Finding noise on 2 meters possibly on the SW side of town.

-Interested in purchasing rtg micro tracks $386 motion (WØBM) to purchase and seconded (AIØM). Passed

Public Service:

-NAMI Walk 5/15 9:00 am if interested talk to Rob KCØFOW

-May 21^st – The SOS John, NØHZN

-May 22^nd is the Diabetes Ture de Cure ride John, NØHZN

- May 30^th Med-City Marathon. Eric KFØS is the coordinator.

ARES: Contact Bob ABØBW if interested

IRLP Node is on simplex 440.374 now since the 440 rprt is down.

MedComm: New Emergency person in charge at Mayo/St. Mary’s

EOC: City EOC is up and running with Amateur Radio gear.

Olmstead Co. EOC will be having open house in May.

Skywarn Activation overnight between 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. simplex 146.550 pl 100

Education Committee: CW class 5/12 7 p.m. at RCTC SH 109

-Look on the ARRL website for new EmComm classes.

-Also a lot of new ARRL publications coming out

Field Day:

-Club 3A with VHF and GOTA WØBM

-QRP 2A battery with VHF WØMXW
