    • Technical Committee Report:
      • 82 repeater location
      • Detailed list of everything the club owns - everything complete up to this point except for location at Pat's farm
        • Rob has current list of inventory, Don will take over once inventory list is complete
        • Let Rob and Don know if you have any equipment - may put notification on website for this
    • Public Service:
      • SOS Run 
      • Med City Marathon - looking for lots of volunteers as event is getting large
        • Sheet passed around for both of these runs
      • Public service events on RARC website - can sign up through this as well
      • Stay out of the sun run still waiting for additional information
      • Airport drills - looking to assist in these again
    • ARES:
      • Had Skywarn training recently (March 31st)
      • ARES sign-up forms are still available - contact Rob
      • Proposed move of the club meeting to new fire station 2 up by Century 
        • Motion to move club meetings to new fire station in June was proposed and passed
    • Contesting:
      • April is quiet for contests
      • WPX in May is next contest
    • Education:
      • Class starting on Saturday - 3 people in it currently
    • Field Day:
      • By next month goal is to have specific plans for stations and equipment
      • Food will be handled by John Scott
      • Voice station chief is needed - makes sure all equipment exists, organized, and ready to go
    • Social Gatherings:

    • Patches - still waiting on this
  • New business:
    • Email - Bill WB0YEE has passed away
      • Celebration of his life at Whistle Binkie's North on Friday from 4 to 7p
    • Email - Skywarn incident due to storms in the last week
      • Possabilities in Rochester
        • Weather watching group started by this organization
        • Raise awareness of storm spotters - possibility of classes and some additional members from this
        • HT in their possession for listening to repeater for storm spotting
      •  Reminder to be mindful of how you are talking on the radio - other people can hear you and could be hurt by what was said
    • Email - Assistance by RARC with searching tracks between Rochester and Winona for missing persons case
      • Law enforcement has not asked us yet, but would like to get potential club answer
    • Introduction and welcome of Amy Ranson, Public Relations Officer
      • Dan will be looking for additional Field Day information for press releases
