Mel (KCØP) did a wonderful job discussing the factors that contribute to radio wave propagation at this month's club meeting. He also demonstrated propagation modeling software packages that help Hams understand their best opportunities for a DX contact.

Don (KCØQGB) brought his newly aquired anemometer to the RARC meeting so that other storm spotters may see one in person. Anemometers allow storm spotters to report more accurate wind speeds to Skywarn nets.
